What’s in it for you: $55k+ base salary depending on experience Earn 1% of personal monthly sales Huge Discounts across group network Sunday - Thursday roster Full Training and Induction Program + Ongoing Training & development Led by an inspirational retail leader who is passionate about their job The Job: This is a hands-on role and we need someone who has a proven sales performer who is energetic and 100% focused on delivering only the very best results for the brand, your role will include: Driving Sales & KPI Targets both individually and store-based Motivating a team every day by driving a positive culture and customer service Managing promotions and visual merchandising HR Functions - Performance mgmt & recruitment Overseeing all administrative duties including rosters, reporting, stocktake, and stock management. What you’ll bring? You’ll bring a high level of professionalism with the natural ability to drive a team by working alongside them and leading from the front, you’ll also have.
