We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to join our team. About The Role As a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at SearchPlus HR, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of dental practices and healthcare facilities. You will play a vital role in providing specialized oral and maxillofacial surgical services to our clients. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and defects of the mouth, jaw, and face
- Perform oral and maxillofacial surgeries, including dental extractions, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, and facial reconstructive procedures
- Collaborate with other oral healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuous learning and professional development
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating diseases and conditions of the mouth, jaw, and face
- Expertise in performing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
- Strong knowledge of oral and maxillofacial surgery principles, practices, and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage complex surgical cases
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex oral and maxillofacial cases
- Flexibility to travel and work at different dental practices and healthcare facilities as needed
