JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Landscape Manager to join our team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is dedicated to delivering exceptional social infrastructure programs that contribute to the Vision 2030 objectives in Saudi Arabia. As the Senior Landscape Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of landscape projects.Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of landscape professionals, including landscape architects, designers, and maintenance staff. Develop and implement landscape management strategies, including maintenance schedules, budget planning, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of landscape designs in construction projects. Oversee the execution of landscape construction projects, including site preparation, planting, irrigation, and hardscape installations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations for landscape design and maintenance. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality and progress of landscape installations and maintenance activities. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Develop and implement sustainable landscape management practices, including water conservation, pest control, and native plant selection. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior landscape professionals. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape management, with a focus on large-scale projects. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team of landscape professionals. Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and horticultural practices. Experience in budget planning and resource management for landscape projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of sustainable landscape management practices and green building standards. Professional licensure or certification in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture is preferred.
