Together with our suppliers, we rely on a competitive and transparent supply chain.Your responsibilities will be:Refine and drive the Procurement strategy for the Lead Country Netherlands in accordance with global and national requirements.Define and implement country specific Procurement standards, regulations, and guidelines.Lead and develop the Procurement teams with a direct responsibility for Pooling Indirect & Local Buying and Functional Excellence (Governance, methods, processes and tools, Sustainability in Supply Chain, etc).Run and contribute to overarching Procurement programs and initiatives.Develop and implement Procurement-related processes and tools with a focus to shift from traditional methods to more platform enabled processes.Drive initiatives in the fields of digitalization and sustainability.Ensure effective governance-related, risk management and compliance-related measures.Ensure the efficiency and productivity of Procurement operations including planning, controlling, and reporting.Support and develop opportunities for innovative Sourcing including co-creation for the Siemens group.Manage resilient sourcing strategies and supplier management and relevant service level agreements.Through strategic relationships and partnerships foster Strategic collaboration to leverage continuous innovation and value delivery.Establish Procurement as a trusted partner and contributor for all Siemens entities in the Netherlands.Coordinate and drive Procurement community, being the Country Procurement Council chair.Act as advisor to executives and senior management functions for all Procurement-related topics.Ensure a close collaboration with Headquarters and peer countries.The challenge we offer?As the Head of SCM/ Procurement, there are exciting tasks to look forward to:Active member of country Finance Leadership Team, dual reporting line, functional to West Europe & Africa SCM Head and as in country management to Lead Country CFO.Represent all Procurement related topics in Dutch management team and Headquarters, and be a close link to the Siemens P2P community.Accountable for the implementation of new digital solutions to automate and improve S2C, P2P processes and make them more effective.Be the mentor in driving a growth mindset and empowered digitally minded organization.About SiemensOur strategy is to combine the real and the digital worlds - bringing together hardware and software.
