Mollie is seeking an experienced, dynamic and ambitious Head of Growth Marketing to guide us through an exciting period of significant expansion. This role involves overseeing transitions as we enter new markets, launch flagship products, invest in new technologies, and 10X our lead generation efforts through self-serve and direct sales channels.The successful candidate will have a technical background and hands on experience across most areas of growth marketing - especially performance marketing, attribution and analytics. If you like taking accountability, shaping problems spaces and delivering roadmaps, step this way.Our Head of Growth Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping Mollie's go-to-market strategy and marketing programs across regions in 2025 and manage our existing team of talented growth marketing specialists - as well as serve on the marketing leadership team. If you're ready to make Mollie history along with a passionate team of 30+ marketers, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Planning:Shape Mollie's long-term growth marketing strategy, starting with 2025.Set quarterly plans and execute across channels to meet inbound lead generation targets for both self-serve and direct sales, regionally and globally.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment and secure support for growth initiatives.Team Leadership::Manage a diverse team of growth marketers specialized in paid search, paid media, web optimization, SEO, email marketing, marketing tech, and analytics.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture through guidance and professional development opportunities.Measurement and Reporting:Monitor growth marketing investments and decisions on a weekly and monthly basis, reporting impact to stakeholders.Build and manage the annual budget, collaborating with the Planning and Analysis team; justify spend decisions to C-level executives and the founder.Own and enhance marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks, promoting a culture of rigorous reporting and enabling marketers to self-serve on data.Tech and Data-Driven Decision Making:Oversee marketing data and analytics, guiding teams towards data-led decision-making and best practices.Manage our marketing tech stack, including Framer, our CRM, and Simple Analytics - working with technical stakeholders and engineers to make decisions on future-tooling investments and optimisation.Extract and communicate actionable insights that drive growth, create immediate customer value, and guide marketers toward strategic priorities.What You'll Bring10+ years of growth marketing experience in a b2b/SaaS org with 5+ years leading a team, with a track record of successfully turning around marketing functions and driving lead generation.Technical proficiency in marketing data and analytics, with the ability to manage and optimize a complex marketing tech stack.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing marketing teams.Experience working closely with sales team to execute successful ABM campaigns and lead nurture programs.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to report to and influence C-suite executives.Resilient and composed under pressure, with a non-defensive attitude and the ability to positively influence others.Willingness to embrace change and continuously level up the organization's marketing capabilities.Preference for candidates with broader B2B/SaaS experience rather than exclusively fintech.Has successfully led a similar transformation in a previous role.Why join usBe a crucial part of our growth journey, contributing to market and product expansionLeverage new technologies with a strong product and extensive customer baseEnjoy pan-European scope in a matrixed organization, gaining valuable experience and the opportunity to build a lasting legacyParticipate in shaping the future of the organization through strategic decisionsIf you are passionate about driving growth, have the expertise to lead our growth marketing efforts, and are ready to make your mark on the next twenty years of Mollie - we look forward to receiving your application.
