Opposite the Ministry of Interior, and steps away from other government offices.Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and emails from potential guests, providing clear and accurate information about rates, availability, and amenitiesUpsell guest rooms and packages when appropriate to increase hotel revenueProcess reservations made by phone, email, and online booking engines in a timely and efficient mannerAssist supervisor in handling cancellations and changes to reservations in accordance with hotel policyAssist supervisor in training new reservations agents on company policies and proceduresAssist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns designed to increase occupancy levelsGenerate weekly, monthly, and annual reports detailing reservations activity and trendsWork closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth and coordinated operationsRespond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous mannerPerform other duties as assignedRequirements and skills:High school diploma or equivalent2-3 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fieldProven supervisory experienceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systemsIn return for your hard work, you can look forward to a competitive salary and benefits package - including duty meals and discounted hotel accommodation worldwide.
