We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of HR Strategy for Solar PV Business. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the business objectives and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, strategic planning, and organizational development.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's mission, values, and business goals.Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.Organizational Development:Lead efforts to build and sustain a high-performance culture that encourages employee engagement and growth.Design and implement programs for leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.Workforce Planning:Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs.Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Talent Acquisition and Retention:Oversee the development and implementation of effective recruitment and retention strategies.Partner with hiring managers to attract, develop, and retain top talent.Performance Management:Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee development and organizational effectiveness.Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.Employee Relations:Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction.Develop and implement policies and programs to address employee concerns and enhance workplace morale.Compensation and Benefits:Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with business objectives and market trends.HR Analytics and Reporting:Utilize HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.Provide regular reports to senior leadership on HR metrics and trends.Qualifications:Education:A Master's degree from premier institute is preferred.Experience:Minimum of 18 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on HR strategy.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs.
