We are looking for the Receptionist for IT Software background companyTechnologies FZCOLocation: DIPPosition: Receptionist - Software Trading DepartmentResponsibilities:Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.Sorting and distributing mail.Hiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.IT Based background is mandatory10 hours per day with Saturday & Sunday off
