Quality Assurance (all levels)

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. The QA Specialist is responsible for our developing and operating our Quality Management program, ensuring our deliverables meet the requirements of our Clients and managing internal escalations and improvement activities. This role directly influences the reputation and Client satisfaction levels for every Client. As our organization's quality assurance owner, you will be responsible for driving industry best practice, test methodologies and automation as well as influencing our coding methods, deployment and support mechanisms. RESPONSIBILITIES Define, determine, and document testing methodologies and test strategies for the ERP & CRM. Ensure all testing is planned, executed and delivered in accordance with industry best practices, and to our quality standards, while meeting tight deadlines. Translate business, technical, and functional requirements into detailed test plans, test suites and test cases, and execute test scenarios that would guarantee maximum coverage. Be an integral part of the project core team in providing data, functional, integration, performance, and regression, testing. Proactively identify bugs, seek resolution and maintain testing schedule. Track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test statuses. Ensure all identified risks from testing are escalated and mitigated appropriately. With hands-on testing, detect, isolate, reproduce, track defects, and verify fixes. Lead and set standards for junior team members to achieve high quality work. Test and regression test ERP modules for conference room pilots and integral conference room pilot tests' readiness. Recommend when automation should be introduce in the project; and take a lead on providing automation test candidates. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Formal Education and Certification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or Technology. 4 years of Quality Assurance experience on web-based applications, functional, and ERP systems Test and QA automation experience Performance and Load Testing experience Python & Odoo is an advantage Personal Attributes: Ethical Credible Competitive Professional Results Driven Persistent Able to multi-task Comfortable ininteracting with Clients and Senior Leadership You will be given a chance to learn Odoo Functional. You are expected to pass the Odoo Functional test within your first 3 months. If you pass the test, you will be given full time employment with benefits. You will be signing a Bond for 2 Years at least, which is renewable as and when required. As the majority of clients are in the US, you will be required to work on US hours.
