Control panel technician/engineer manager

We are seeking a Control panel technician/manager with experience in the controls/control panel sector. To provide technical design and client support, overseeing our workshop operations and helping to develop the business. The successful applicant should be sales driven, applying themselves to increasing the turnover of the business. Responsibilities:- Reporting to the directors, manage daily workshop operations and supervise staff- Produce designs/drawings from client point schedules and enquiries, produce client quotations with a view to obtaining orders. Monitor stock levels and order parts as needed- Train new employees- Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Actively drive the turnover of the business,. In return, sucess will be rewarded. Experience:- 3+ years of experience in a controls/BMS related environment- Strong electrical knowledge and experience with control panels- Benefits:- Competitive salary- Health insurance- If you have the necessary experience and skills to excel in this position, please submit your resume for consideration. A working knowledge of AutoCad will be an advantage, to produce working drawings for panel manufacture, however training will be given to the successful candidate if required. Generally, IT skills should be adequate for an engineer working in an office based environment. Some hands on work is possible on occasion, to support our clients needs.
