Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and execute the monthly and year-end closing processes for AMCS, including managing cost allocations, preparing Profit & Loss statements, and balance sheet reports.
2. Ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA) invoices for AMCS are accurately billed and processed in a timely manner on a monthly and quarterly basis.
3. Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly and year-end financial reports to the Managing Director (MD), Heads of Departments (HoDs), and other key stakeholders.
4. Monitor and analyse budgetary performance, providing insights and recommendations to support financial planning and cost control.
5. Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial data and reports.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations and reporting.
8. Work closely with other departments to gather financial information, resolve discrepancies, and support cross-functional initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

1. 3 to 5 years of working experience in Finance domains.
2. Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is preferred.
3. Strong collaboration skills and team player.
4. Strong analytical skills.
