• Carry out detailed credit and financial analysis
• Prepare credit memos, financial modelling, scenario analysis for senior / mezzanine loans to corporates
• Interact with Corporate Finance and C-suite personnel alongside senior DB team members to diligence underlying companies, assess the transaction, and to execute trades
• Assist the team with various internal approval processes during execution
• Ongoing monitoring of existing positions

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, including at least 2-3 years experience in structured loans, private credit, private equity or credit / equity research roles
• Has relevant SE Asia experience from Buy side or Research
• Experience in carrying out deep dive credit analysis, financial modeling for companies across various sectors
• Ability to understand and analyse financial statements, accounting background is a plus
• Good communication skills, analytical and detailed oriented
