Duties Responsibilities and Authorities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  2. Generate sales, achieve targets, and develop plans for business growth.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities through market analysis and agent networks.
  4. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers, address their needs and concerns, and ensure satisfaction by providing presales and postsales support.
  5. Follow up on RFQs and tenders by submitting comprehensive and compliant offers aligned with company best practices and specifications.
  6. Supervise and support distributors, suppliers, and agents.
  7. Introduce new products to existing and new accounts and recommend new opportunities and improvements to target sales growth.
  8. Suggest new opportunities and improvements to enhance client profitability.
  9. Gather and act on market intelligence promptly.
  10. Monitor competition by collecting current marketplace information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  11. Ensure materials traded and sold conform to agreed terms and contract specifications.
  12. Coordinate and support technical issues with the Technical, Production, and Accounts departments to fully meet client satisfaction.
  13. Maintain and update sales records, target sheets, and other reports, reviewing cost and sales performance accurately and on time.
  14. Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations, and maintain active memberships.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
