operator groups worldwide. As a member of the Threat
Intelligence Unit Signalling Protection team, you will be joining a
growing team of analysts who are responsible for the monitoring of
mobile operator signaling threats across multiple global regions. Responsibilities
- Triaging attack incidents by collecting logs, analyzing & assessing each incident in depth.
- Assisting with investigations and troubleshooting.
- Adjusting & management security policies.
- Creation of scheduled reports to clients.
- Developing scripts for data manipulation or task automation.
- Competent with Unix / Linux
- A good understanding of telecoms technologies. Knowledge of any
protocols such as DIAMETER, GTP, SMPP, SIP, GSM MAP an advantage. - Experience with data analytics or visualisation tools (e.g Kibana or Tableau)
- A desire to learn new skills, protocols.
- Attention to detail & a passion for troubleshooting
- Knowledge of various formats including PCAP, XML, JSON, CSV, flat file
- An interest in research/OSINT skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills with confidence in communicating technical details to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to produce reports and document procedures
- Must be able to support occasional tasks outside of normal work hours.
