We are a pioneering FinTech company established in 2022, with a mission to revolutionize digital financial services across the GCC. Our portfolio includes cutting-edge domestic and International, digital payment solutions and investment products. As we expand our footprint in the region, we are seeking a Strategy Manager to drive our growth and strategic initiatives. Role Overview: The Strategy Manager will be instrumental in defining and executing our strategic roadmap to support the company's growth. This role requires deep expertise in digital payment solutions, both domestic and international, as well as digital investment products. The successful candidate will possess comprehensive market and competitor knowledge, and will be adept at identifying and forming strategic partnerships. Additionally, the Strategy Manager will support the CEO in preparing presentations and articulating the company’s vision to the Board. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic roadmap to drive the company’s growth in the GCC region.
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends in digital payment solutions and digital investment products.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Business Development and Partnerships:
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s market position and capabilities.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology partners, and regulatory bodies.
Product and Market Innovation:
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with product development.
  • Oversee market research to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.
Support to CEO and Board:
  • Assist the CEO in developing and communicating the company’s vision and strategic direction.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations and reports for the Board, outlining strategic initiatives, market insights, and growth plans.
Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure continuous professional development and upskilling of team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic roles within the FinTech or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital payment solutions and digital investment products.
  • Strong understanding of the financial technology landscape in the GCC region.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
