We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone?Petrofac is looking to recruit a Field supervisor / Field superintendent / Production supervisor (Oil and Gas Industry) to join our team at Yanam, PuducherryJOB TITLE: Production supervisor / Field supervisor / Field superintendent Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the Field operations production shift team to achieve top quartile performance in safety, Productivity, and cost.Well-developed trouble shooting capabilities.Good communication and Organization skillsWork in a manner consistent with the Operations philosophy of system ownership and with a heightened awareness of HSEPermit to work knowledge.Emergency handling and responseEssential Qualifications and SkillsDegree with 8 Years experience within oil and gas processing / refining / Petrochemical Filed with a minimum of 4 Years in Supervisory PositionDiploma with 10 Years experience within oil and gas processing / refining / Petrochemical Filed with a minimum of 6 Years in Supervisory PositionDegree or Diploma in Engineering, chemical, petroleum or Scientific disciplineRotational shift: 21 21 On Off Rotation Additional Benefits: Free Air Ticket, Medical, Food and AccommodationNote: Experience based solely on field operator roles will not be considered for this role.
