We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focused on Azure Infrastructure and helping customers get AI Ready to join the Customer Success Team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for technical customer engagements, working with the most challenging and exciting projects within Microsoft’s Azure Infra customer base for AI Ready transformation, including Compute and Data Platform, Storage, Networking, Security and Management . This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges. You will work with select customers to lead deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, platform engineers and Developers. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to develop pilots and oversee implementation projects, ensuring technical blockers are removed on adoption. Responsibilities
- Customer Centricity
- Customer Satisfaction: Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates. Be the Voice of the Customer; Share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.
- Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
- Business Impact
- Delivery Excellence: Own committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations.
- Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale, inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in Microsoft technology.
- Architecture Design and Deployment: Run Architectural Design Sessions to build a plan for implementing solutions – governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations, help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Networking, Zonal/multi-region, and Security and prepare our customers for AI Innovation.
- Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments. Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND relevant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Experience in Azure Infrastructure and hands-on experience in any Cloud Technology.
- Business Value: The ability to convey the business needs and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy.
- Trusted Advisorship: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
- Situational fluency: Using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to 'read the room.'
- Insightful listening: Asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said.
- Technical experience and knowledge in Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework (WAF/CAF) with an emphasis on proactive resiliency , including Networking, Zonal/multi-region, and Security, Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures with the services required to operate AI solutions at scale , architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
