Urgent Hiring!! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sales management, team leadership, strategic planning, and have a strong understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities:

  1. Developing a Sales Strategy: Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  2. Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives. Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the sales team.
  3. Sales Performance Management: Meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  5. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay current with market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Conduct market research and analysis to create effective sales strategies.
  6. Operational Efficiency: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective company operations. Manage and allocate resources to optimize sales outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Availability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in managing a remote sales team.
  2. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  3. Experience in SaaS sales or a related industry.
