Manager of Finance

Job Description: As the Manager of Finance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the group. Reporting directly to the group CEO, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of diverse business units, ensuring effective financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Your expertise will guide strategic decision-making and contribute to the long-term success and growth of the group. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the financial operations of the group, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with local regulations and international financial standards.
2. Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the group's strategic objectives.
3. Conduct financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports for the CEO and executive management team.
4. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiencies across the group's business units.
5. Monitor and manage cash flow, financial risks, and investments to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
7. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
8. Ensure the effective implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to proactively address financial challenges and opportunities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred.
2. Proven experience in a financial management role, ideally within a diverse industry group.
3. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
5. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
9. Experience working in Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
