Job Responsibility
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services in South East Asia.
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities in South East Asia market.
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
- Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
- Managing and training a business development team.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Higher Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Automotive, sales & marketing /related industries is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Power-point.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skills, self-motivated, responsible, persistence and able to work under pressure.
- Play pro-active role in planning and managing projects, could make fast and effective decision.
- Willing to travel around Malaysia and South East Asia countries.
- Well verse in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
