Senior Property Manager - Client Side

With over 30 years in the Property industry, and an eye watering £5 billion in assets, my client offers a unique opportunity to join their Property Management team, as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Based in London and the West End, the portfolio is all commercial, owning over 60+ assets, prime multi let offices scaling up to 300,000 sq ft, valued in excess £300million+. A business of this stature and assets of this nature will give you an unmatched level of exposure in areas outside of core day to day management, you’ll be frequently involved in:

• ESG
• Proptech
• Major projects work
• Building strategy
• Placemaking
• Licenses to alter
• Leasing

You will be the new spark joining a current team of 8, in a beautiful office in the West End. My client offers a clear promotion pathway. Unique to my client there a several tiers within the business providing clear levels of progression.
