Fleet Manager / Tank Container (m|f|d)

Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Tank Container Fleet Manager to efficiently and effectively manage our tank container fleet to meet customer demands. If you have a passion for logistics and a knack for strategic planning, we would love to have you on our team.

• Develops and implements plans for the effective and efficient utilization of the tank container fleet to meet customer demand
• Collaborates with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and plan capacity accordingly
• Monitors and analyzes fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Maintains accurate records of fleet utilization and performance
• Coordinates with maintenance and repair teams to ensure that tank containers are available for use as scheduled
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers and vendors
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Participates in the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives
• Constantly updates container tracking tool and runs equipment status reports regularly to ensure all T&T updates are done timely by the whole Operations team

Your Profile

• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics
• Must have minimum 5 years of related experience
• Must possess the ability in problem-solving and experience in managing customer complaints
• Must have the ability multi-task and to deal with dynamic problems and variables.
• Must be able to prioritize workload, work independently, be a team player and work in a fast paced environment
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office Products
• Must be able to communicate in German and English fluently
