TRAINER - TECHNICAL

The responsibilities of the Technical Trainer - Aftersales include but are not limited to:

• Analyze training needs to develop / modify training programs with flexible delivery options.
• Review and update all training programs, training materials and assessments.
• Provide orientation and training on new course materials.
• Monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze course evaluations to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and implement suggestions for improvements.
• Actively coordinate Local & National skills contests and train participants to achieve high recognition at regional and international level contests.
• Ensure all mandatory trainings are conducted on time and effectively as per principles’ KPIs.
• Prepare reports on all training activities on a regular basis.

Education:

• University degree or diploma in Automotive/Mechanical engineering.

Certification:

• Certified Technical/Product trainer, preferably Nissan certified.
• Train the trainer (TTT) is a plus.

Experience:

• 6+ years in a similar position with a minimum of 3 years in delivering technical trainings in the automotive industry.
