Sales Engineer - Project Sales

Job Description To develop project business and increase profit for the department.

Responsibilities

1. Identify new projects and develop new accounts.
2. Able to achieve sales targets, follow up on sales leads, and close deals.
3. Generate profit for the company and handle collection of payments.
4. Work under pressure and as part of a team.
5. Good knowledge of AV products/technologies.
6. Maintain good contacts with consultants, contractors, and interior designers.

Key Performance Indicators

1. Valid GCC License.
2. Above 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Bahrain or GCC.
3. Good contacts with consultants, contractors, and interior designers.

Skills

1. Experience in sales and providing solutions for Audio Systems, Video Systems, Control Systems, Videowalls, and Digital Signage. Technical knowledge in a similar field is an added advantage.
2. Experience working with clients, contractors, and designers.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
4. Engineering/Diploma holders preferred.
5. Above 2 years of experience.
6. Able to communicate in English, Hindi, and preferably Arabic.
7. Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Networking.
8. Should be a go-getter and hardworking.
9. Valid GCC driving license.
