This role involves contributing to the setup and integration of the travel and expense module with our HR system, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel and Expense System Setup:Support the admin and finance team in the configuration of the travel and expense management module to align with organizational policies and requirements.Integration with HR System:Support integration plan to ensure seamless data flow between the travel and expense module and the HR system.System testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of data transfer.Ensure proper data mapping and synchronization between systems to avoid discrepancies.System Optimization and Maintenance:Regularly review and optimize system configurations to enhance performance and user experience.Coordinate and implement system upgrades and new feature rollouts.Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to users.User Support and Training:Act as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers to effectively use the travel and expense system.Create comprehensive user guides and training materials.Reporting and Analysis:Support in report generation / MIS requirements on travel and expense activities.Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.Provide detailed reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.Key CompetenciesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.4-5 years of experience in HRIT, specializing in travel and expense management systems.Proven experience in setting up and integrating travel and expense modules with HR systems PRB
