Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and be your best self!Anaplan is looking for an exceptional Applications Architect Lead to join us in our Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team - working in autonomous Scrum teams with an emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and transparency. We are serious about attracting top talent: we have complex technical problems to solve on a large scale, and we support unrestricted growth in a relaxed working environment, along with attractive compensation packages and much more.We are advocates of learning and development, so we constantly invest in our engineering team, with time and budget allocated for self-study, training, and events, to ensure that whatever you need for growth is always available.The Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team delivers Anaplan Out of the box and configurable Applications in the following domains: Sales Planning (Territory and Quota Planning, Account Segmentation and Capacity Planning), Sales Forecasting, and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).Your ImpactDesign, architect, and develop sales model templates such as Sales Planning, Capacity Planning, and others using Anaplan, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring optimal functionality and performance.Demonstrate versatility by assuming various roles within the project, including working with the product owner to refine requirements, drafting comprehensive test scripts for testing, constructing models, documenting processes, and facilitating enablement sessions to empower stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective utilization of Anaplan solutions.Transform template models into configurable solutions, enabling customization to meet each customer's unique requirements while maintaining scalability, efficiency, and alignment with Anaplan best practices.Collaborate closely with the OEG (Operational Excellence Group) team to optimize Anaplan models according to best practices, ensuring superior performance, scalability, and efficiency.Display strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.Collaborate closely with platform teams, cross-functional teams, partners, customers, and professional services teams to ensure seamless integration, alignment, and successful implementation of Anaplan solutions.Your QualificationsDemonstrable years of experience as Anaplan Solution Architect, implementations and model-building experience.Possessing domain knowledge in sales performance management (SPM) is highly beneficial.Knowledge of Salesforce and Dynamics 365 (D365) is a significant advantage.Proven ability to influence a team towards project completion.Collaborating with SMEs on the application while collaborating cross-functionally.A certified Master Anaplanner is required.Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and BelongingBuild your career in a place that thrives on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
