Client Service Specialist Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are partnered with a leading Employee Benefits consultancy that are continuing their growth across the business but specifically within their Corporate Healthcare division. Role & Responsibilities:
- Supporting consultants with their healthcare schemes
- Being the point of contact for client queries and resolving any issues they may have day-to-day
- Processing renewals and liaising with insurers to collate quotes for their clients
- Strong knowledge and understanding of UK PMI, Dental schemes, Cash Plans, Health Screening and Travel schemes.
- Employee Benefits Administration experience
- CII IF7 qualified, preferred but the business supports training towards this.
