Onward Technologies Limited is hiring O2C Head to be a part of our dynamic Finance & Accounts Team, following are the job details and responsibilities. Title: OTC Head Location: Pune, India We are seeking a qualified Charted Accountant with minimum 8 years of experience in O2C process to spearhead and manage end to end O2C process for Onward Technologies. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring entire Order to Collection process for the group having multiple entities.
- Ensuring revenue recognition is in line with Ind AS 115.
- Ensuring there is no revenue leakage.
- Responsible for timely and correct reporting of billed / unbilled revenue.
- Responsible for timely collection from customers, follow up for overdue.
- Keeping long outstanding billed / unbilled dues in control.
- Preparation and review of Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Working.
- Continuous monitoring of DSO.
- Planning and ensuring transfer pricing compliance for intercompany revenue.
- Timely reporting of revenue and billed/unbilled receivables to respective departments and follow up for overdue.
- Preparation / review of periodical schedules for all O2C deliverables.
- Managing audit expectations and providing timely information.
- Review of contracts with customers and apprising its financial impact.
- Perform technical accounting role in terms of analyzing impact of upcoming accounting standards.
- Review and update SOPs for O2C.
- Qualified Charted Accountant with 8+ years of experience across O2C specific processes with minimum 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Combined Knowledge and experience of technical expertise (ERP system) with business acumen
- Good understanding of revenue recognition standards (Ind AS/IFRS)
- Good communication skills.
