The firm is a leading web & mobile design development that offers a wide range of IT solutions and digital marketing services. It is a strategic partner for fast-growing tech companies in need of a scalable website with modular CMS, a design system, and future-proof brand identity. Job Role:
- Project Definition: Work with cross-functional teams to establish project goals, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Planning and Scheduling: Create detailed project plans that outline timelines, resource needs, and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, including clients, executives, and non-technical team members, providing regular updates on project progress and risks.
- Team Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and task assignments for project team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Project Tracking: Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to monitor project performance and adherence to schedules.
- Technology Selection: Assess and recommend appropriate technology platforms for project implementation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them, adapting plans as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance.
- Scope Management: Manage project scope by documenting and evaluating any changes, preventing scope creep.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical insights during client demonstrations and addressing prospective client needs.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and accessible project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies and Jira for project management.
- Excellent persuasive and communication skills.
- Experience working in a service-oriented company.
- Technical background with programming experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of technical experience, with at least 1 year in a project management role.
