- Assist in the preparation of property financial statements and reports eg: Building P&L Report, Related Parties Transaction Report, Debtor Aging Report etc.
- Process account payable accurately and timely eg: e-invoicing for rental, utility charges, season parking charges, issuance of Credit/Debit Note etc.
- Manage and monitor account receivable effectively and efficiently eg: rental collection, utility payment, parking collection etc.
- Coordinate in property account reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly, if any.
- Assist in the preparations of building / property annual budget forecasts and perform monthly variance analysis.
- Liaise with Finance department for the monthly financial report to ensure accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Candidate to hold at least a Bachelor of Degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Candidate to have knowledge and experience in Billing & Accounting, Credit Control, P&L, Budgeting etc. Advantages will be given to candidates with working experience in any Financial Institutions.
- Familiar with Oracle Peoplesoft Financial system will be an added advantage.
