As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented General Manager to join our team and lead our operational strategies to new heights. We are looking for a highly skilled General Manager to oversee our company's daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The General Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maximize profitability. This position will report directly to the Managing Director. Candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced career development based on deliverables and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations and administration to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement; implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other department heads to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet operational targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to track and improve operational performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the operations team.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years work experience in related field with experience in operations management role, with a track record of success in driving operational efficiency and excellence.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Solid understanding of operational principles, processes, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in related industry is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
