Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Securing and closing the business cycle needed to sell catalysts for Ammonia, hydrogen methanol, and refinery processes and support engineering and license partners to secure projects.
  • The incumbent has full ownership of customer needs to satisfy in syngas and fuels catalysts requirements; supervisor decides on the profitability of the deals and EBITDA improvement contribution of the sales.
  • Interact (internally) with technology advisors, product managers, production sites, R&D scientists, and GBS supply chain, and externally with all levels of customer hierarchy involved in catalysts and the entire sales process.
  • Require a high level of knowledge about each application used at customer plants.
  • Frequent follow-up with customers that can reach several meetings and various calls with several stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or petroleum science would be preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of expertise in Sales in the Oil & Gas field.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Stakeholder Management would be preferred.
