Key Responsibilities: Design & Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM execution plans and standards. Manage and coordinate the creation, modification, and distribution of BIM models and data. Conduct regular quality control checks on BIM models and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Assist project teams in clash detection and resolution by identifying and resolving conflicts in BIM models. Train and support project team members in the effective use of BIM software and tools. Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM-related workflows and processes. Assist in the preparation and coordination of BIM-related documentation, such as BIM project execution plans, BIM standards, and model delivery requirements. Participate in project meetings and provide BIM-related updates and recommendations to project teams. Quality check of model and model data in accordance with the contract. Key Qualifications: Recent previous experience (within the last 6 to 8 years) in a BIM role for major residential Highrise projects. B.Arch. Mechanical Engineering for MEP. Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or a BIM Specialist in civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of civil & MEP engineering principles and practices. Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
