As Technical Officer Pest Control, you will ensure the safety and well-being of individuals and facilities by effectively implementing a well-developed, safe, and efficient pest control strategy. Regularly plan and execute inspections and assessments of the Airport Facilities, identify pest infestations, and implement appropriate preventive and corrective treatments to eradicate pests through MATAR incumbent pest control contractor, while ensuring compliance with Airport safety, contract requirements, and business objectives. ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Monitor the pest control across Hamad International Airport by ensuring teams' regular periodic onsite audits and inspections to ensure the adequate completion of the periodic pest control applications in line with the outsourced pest control contract specifications and requirements.• Ensure all reports of technical observations are issued in a timely manner, follow up with related teams to suggest remedies and solutions, support root cause analysis, and apply continuous improvement initiatives.• Ensure food safety is being implemented properly across MATAR facilities and report any food-related incidents that impact pest populations.• Continuously explore advanced and technological features related to pest control business, and implement new pest control-related monitoring software in line with the latest technology in pest control.• Liaise with the FM Environmental and Safety Department to ensure environmental and health compliance among pest control contracts.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experienceHigh School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experiencePublic Pest Control ExperienceAudit skillsCommand of English languageWriting technical documents & reports
