Experience:2 - 5 years of Luxury Jewelry Brands Experience is MustResponsibilities:Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategyCreate appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire storeProduce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displaysIdentify key messages and set a clear image of the end resultCome up with, revise, and present design ideas with assistant merchandisersAct with alignment to the organization's culture, products, image, and target marketMonitor costs and work within budgetOversee the production and brief staff on arranging displaysChange displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themesLiaise with suppliers and source elementsResearch lifestyle, demographics, and design trendsCreate aesthetically optimized VM schemes for window vitrines and instore vitrines, for the presentation of existing products and new product launchesEngage with sales and stock data to propose commercially viable VM schemes that drive revenue to the businessDrive high VM standards across the retail locations with the creation of clear guidelines and optimum communication with the teamsLead the visual customer experience instore ensuring all customer needs are met within the displays, for example, to effectively display pricing, communicate the MV brand stories, and any other important messagingSpend time instore to gather feedback from teams and identify areas for improvement within the Instore Experience to then escalate for reviewQualifications:Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual ManagerDemonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolioSolid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilizationProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design toolsKnowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practicesProficiency in MS Office
