Sr Contract Specialist
Job details
Conduct meetings with concerned departments and/or program/project teams to discuss the customer requirements and/or interpret RFQ/RFP/RFI to gather the technical requirements of the requested services and provide high level risks associated with pre- contract award administration.Participate as a member in the Tender/Bids Opening, Evaluation and Negotiation Committee and provide Contract life-cycle management support for the projects undertaken by the organization.Analyze the final scope of services, identify contract administration risk and manage the implementation of risk mitigation measures specific to technical & commercial aspects.Finalize technical & commercial terms & conditions for customer and supplier contracts/agreements in coordination with Program/Project Managers and Finance Department.Participate in meetings with customers and suppliers to negotiate the technical & commercial contract with the concerned Program/Project Managers, Senior Legal Counsel and Finance Department.Ensure effective management of all relevant contract related correspondences and documentations as per the quality management and information security policy.Required QualificationsMinimum Bachelor degree in Contract Management/ Business Administration (MBA)/ Legislative Law (LLB) or equivalentMinimum 12 years of contract management experience in public/private sector organization Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae is only a platform that connects job seekers and employers.
