Shopify Store Manager

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and grow our Shopify store.
2. Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
3. Drop shipping Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage drop shipping suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
4. Product Sourcing: Research and source trending and high-demand products to add to our store, ensuring they align with our brand and customer preferences.
5. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize performance.
7. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging product descriptions, blog posts, and other marketing materials.

1. Proven experience in managing and growing Shopify stores.
2. Strong understanding of drop shipping models and supplier management.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
4. Ability to research and source trending products effectively.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance metrics.
7. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
