Our team delivers Vancouver’s only Four Diamond dining experience in a charming and relaxed atmosphere. Where the city meets the harbor, and the land meets the sea.Reporting to the Chef, the *LINE COOK* is responsible for safely preparing dishes required for a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate should be motivated by an appetite for food and developing knowledge of various cooking techniques.*SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:** FOODSAFE certification is an asset* Strong knife skills and workable knowledge of kitchen equipment* Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions* Energetic with a passion for food and a positive outlook* Able to follow oral and written instructions* Experience as a line cook - grilling, frying, sautéing, chopping, etc.* Likes to work as part of a team* Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight* Ability to stand for long periods of time*GET A JOB TODAY!* We welcome walk-ins – 999 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC.
