Senior Executive - Airfreight, Outdoor Field Sales

Responsibilities

1. Establish first contact with prospects to qualify leads
2. Transform leads into opportunities including potential analysis
3. Enter data in CRM as stipulated in the corporate CRM SME guideline
4. Handover qualified leads to Outdoor Field Sales
5. Manage indoor sales opportunity pipeline (actual data and stages, right size)
6. Remotely sell, quote and close new SME Air business
7. Form professional and appropriate relationships with decision makers
8. Provide feedback on potential process improvements
9. Keep up to date with local market trends
10. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
11. Actively create sales leads for overseas controlled business and hand over identified leads to other BUs
12. Coordinate with customer service, e.g. on quotations, booking follow-ups and business/account handover
