Responsibilities
- Establish first contact with prospects to qualify leads
- Transform leads into opportunities including potential analysis
- Enter data in CRM as stipulated in the corporate CRM SME guideline
- Handover qualified leads to Outdoor Field Sales
- Manage indoor sales opportunity pipeline (actual data and stages, right size)
- Remotely sell, quote and close new SME Air business
- Form professional and appropriate relationships with decision makers
- Provide feedback on potential process improvements
- Keep up to date with local market trends
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
- Actively create sales leads for overseas controlled business and hand over identified leads to other BUs
- Coordinate with customer service, e.g. on quotations, booking follow-ups and business/account handover
