• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of cryptocurrency spot market trends, trading volume, price fluctuations, and influencing factors
• Monitor market dynamics, including new project launches, technological advancements, and policy changes, and assess their potential impact on the spot market
• Write high-quality market research reports and analytical articles, providing unique market insights and investment recommendations
• Regularly publish market update reports to provide the latest market information and research findings to internal teams and clients
• Collaborate closely with trading, product, and technology teams to provide research support and assist in formulating product strategies and market decisions
• Provide market insights to marketing and customer service teams to help them better serve clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, blockchain technology, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in financial market analysis, trading, or research, with cryptocurrency experience preferred
• A deep understanding of cryptocurrency market structure, trading mechanisms, and associated risks
• Excellent market analysis skills with the ability to write high-quality research reports and market commentaries
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex market information to non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required
