Job Scope: 1. Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage the website development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Set departmental goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the company's overall mission and vision.
• Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the website development department and with other departments.

• Oversee the planning, design, development, and maintenance of websites for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website development.
• Ensure the implementation of responsive design and optimization techniques to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality websites.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of error-free and functional websites.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in website functionality or performance.

• Identify training and development needs within the website development team and implement appropriate learning initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recognize achievements to promote professional growth and motivation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations regarding website development projects.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven 3-5 years experience in website development, with a focus on leading teams and managing projects in a digital agency or similar environment.
• Strong technical skills in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Thorough understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams through change and innovation.
