Job Responsibility
- Able to handle full set accounts.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports that offer valuable insights into financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and present findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date debtor & creditor aging.
- Handle daily invoices, payments, journals, receipt vouchers, reconciliations, etc.
- Submission of SST (if necessary).
- Compliance with account schedule. Prepare monthly financing statements and maintain the overall general accounting system.
- Ensure all monthly activities related to Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable are completed on time.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and related authorities.
- Any other duties associated with your position when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or LCCI in accounting, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a related field.
- Self-starter and highly committed to accomplishing tasks.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Possess initiative, a responsible attitude, and a strong team player.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Willing to be based in Batu Pahat, Johor.
