Auditor

Job Responsibility

1. Able to handle full set accounts.
2. Oversee the end-to-end process of maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
4. Prepare comprehensive management reports that offer valuable insights into financial performance.
5. Analyze financial data and present findings to support strategic decision-making.
6. Maintain up-to-date debtor & creditor aging.
7. Handle daily invoices, payments, journals, receipt vouchers, reconciliations, etc.
8. Submission of SST (if necessary).
9. Compliance with account schedule. Prepare monthly financing statements and maintain the overall general accounting system.
10. Ensure all monthly activities related to Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable are completed on time.
11. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and related authorities.
12. Any other duties associated with your position when necessary.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or LCCI in accounting, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a related field.
3. Self-starter and highly committed to accomplishing tasks.
4. Independent and able to work under pressure.
5. Possess initiative, a responsible attitude, and a strong team player.
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
7. Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
8. Willing to be based in Batu Pahat, Johor.
