Job Description The Senior Vice President, Investments will be a senior member of the investment team, responsible for the identification, evaluation, recommendation, execution and management of investment opportunities in the renewable power and transition space. This includes a range of decarbonization technologies such as hydro, wind, solar, storage, CCUS, biofuels and other commercially viable asset classes to facilitate emission reduction across power, transport and industrial sectors. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead the end-to-end execution of transactions, conduct financial due diligence and analysis, prepare business cases, and gather supporting bid documentation. The Senior Vice President will also develop business networks to identify new investment targets and will be involved in fundraising and LP management activities. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned investment professional, recognized for their innovative problem solving and financial acumen, with a strong network of partners to source and execute opportunities, as well as the leadership to build a strong coverage team for the Southeast Asia region. Responsibilities

Origination

• Support the implementation of the Southeast Asia renewable power and transition business development and transaction strategy.
• Lead industry and market research to identify transaction opportunities in the Southeast Asia region.
• Lead investment thesis and identification of value creation strategies.
• Network and develop new investment ideas to grow the business.

Execution

• Lead the team in all stages of a transaction’s life cycle, collaborating with internal partners and interfacing with external advisors.
• Lead the due diligence process for transactions, including modelling and valuation analysis.
• Lead negotiation, documentation and structuring of transactions.
• Prepare and present investment materials to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Asset Management

• Strategically think of ways to enhance portfolio companies and investments.
• Work with management teams on strategic business initiatives.
• Monitor ongoing financial and operational performance of investments.

Leadership

• Identify, hire, manage, coach and develop talent within the investment team.
• Represent Brookfield externally and act as an ambassador for the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an investment professional.
• Exposure to the infrastructure or renewable power industry in Southeast Asia is a significant asset.
• A proven track record of leading teams through the execution of transactions.
• Superior financial modelling and due diligence capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Sound judgement and strong leadership abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to work in changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
