Technical Project Manager

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this remote role, you will serve as the bridge between our business objectives and technical implementation, ensuring that our app development aligns with company goals. You will be responsible for documenting features, translating specifications, testing features, and providing essential support to our development team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation: Create detailed documentation of app features and functionalities using tools like Lucidchart and draw.io, ensuring clarity and precision.
2. Specifications: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications in Jira, and effectively communicate these to the development team.
3. Feature Testing: Test features in the development environment, providing sign-off on completed tasks before they are presented to stakeholders.
4. Technical Support: Assist developers with manual database changes and ensure seamless integration of systems that interact with those under development.
5. Communication: Act as the liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Project Management, Product Ownership, Technical Business Analysis, or similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Jira for project management, Lucidchart or draw.io for documentation, and an understanding of software development and databases.
• Testing: Experience with software testing and the ability to create and execute test cases.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
