Summary:
The Business Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing the business services team. This includes providing administrative, technical, and operational support to the organization. The Business Service Manager must have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to effectively manage a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business services management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the business services team
Provide administrative, technical, and operational support to the organization
Develop and implement business service plans
Manage budgets and projects
Negotiate contracts and agreements
Resolve customer service issues
Stay up-to-date on industry trends
