The role of the Business Analystis highly facilitative and responsible forensuring delivered solutions are fit for purpose.Your primary responsibility will be to capture and validate business requirements through extensive cross-business engagement. By doing so, you will contribute to solutions that align with the needs and objectives of our members, employers, and the overall business.Key Responsibilities:Taking a leading role in the elicitation, documentation, analysis and validation of requirements / user stories, acceptance criteria, user journeys, process maps and test plansCollaboratively map As-is and To-be processes, analysing and providing recommendations on gapsAssist in the development and review of Project Briefs/Plans, Business Cases, reporting and other key project artifacts as requiredAssist in co-ordinating internal and external stakeholders through business acceptance testingEnsure effective cross functional communication focusing on a shared understanding of problems and solutions, particularly in regard to requirements and technical considerationsAssist and contribute to backlog managementEnsuring our member's needs are reflected in delivered solutionsAbout you:You have highly developed business analysis, problem solving and analytical skills. You are confident and take the initiative to lead engagement and facilitation with a broad range of stakeholder holders across all levels of business. You are comfortable working in Agile and traditional project delivery environments and have excellent attention to detail. Your experience working with people has proven you can translate technical requirements and complex concepts into language that all stakeholders can understand.
