The CompanyMy client is a growing retail business looking to recruit for Recruitment Manager to work in a fast paced environment.The RoleThe main duties of the role will include:Recruitment Pipeline/Manpower PlanningResponsible for the development of the manpower plan and the matching of recruitment against the plan for effective and smooth running of the operation and support functions.Operational RecruitmentPlanning and executing the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements of the organization;Liaising with recruitment firmsFacilitating the entire recruitment cycle and participating in the selection process for Supervisory and above positionsStrategic RecruitmentDesigns the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment sourceBuild relationships with local and international universities to attract students for company internships and graduate placementsContinuously innovate by exploring market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organizationMonitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process The ideal candidate must have the following to be considered for this role:Recruitment experience in the UAE in a fast paced/high volume environment, ideally within retail - essentialManaged a team - essentialAble to work under pressure and tight deadlines - essentialAble to manage all admin associated with the recruitment process - essentialExcellent communication skills - essential About The Company Mackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of HR, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Secretarial & Business Support, Management Consulting and Engineering recruitment expertise.
