JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provides technical and sustaining engineering support of PCBA, TLA, and HLA assembly processes.
  • Establishes operating equipment specifications, improves manufacturing techniques and production yields, and introduces new process equipment to improve production efficiencies.
  • Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence, and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
  • Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
  • Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
  • Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
  • Product Health Performance per Goal set, applies extensive expertise, engineering knowledge, and hands-on problem-solving skills to lead and facilitate continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Key KPIs include Product/Process Yield, RMA, Customer Quality.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering majoring in Electronics or Electrical Automation with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in HLA (High Level Assembly) Process Task.
  • Proficiency in software and programming.
