Production Supervisor

Job Description

• Planning and operating the packing lines in order to ensure that all orders are registered, produced and delivered accordingly as per specifications and requirements.
• Planning and controlling the production consumable including fast moving spare part and ensuring efficient usage to avoid disruption to packing.
• Implementing housekeeping program and compliance to the standards required by the Company and the industrial practices by doing startup checklist before the packing line.
• Implementing the Health & Safety work procedure and practices and rules; including but not limited to acquire the PPE from safety department and issue to workers.
• To diligently and accurately record all production reports in order to achieve timely submissions.
• Executing the AM program to ensure all the machines and equipment is ready to use in standard performance with minimum downtime at assigned area.
• Ensuring all Critical Control Point (CCP) record and Operation Prerequisite Program (OPRP) record stated in the SOP was fully followed.
• Executing development of staff competencies through internal training and on job training.
• Implementing 5 S program and responsible on minimum 1 model area. Implementing continuous improvement program by producing at minimum 1 innovation per month. Implementing goal alignment program by having a responsibility at minimum 1 chart.
• Comply with the requirements of FSSC 22000; support and to participate in FSSC 22000 activities.
• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year working experience in Food industries/manufacturing or 1/2 years as supervisor
