Responsibilities
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching relevant industries and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examines risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Assimilates business deals across all pillars of the company to ensure end-to-end buy-in and operational readiness is in place.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Daily / Monthly Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
- Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Develop, enhance, and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
- Excellent communication and IT fluency.
- Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Contract management is an added benefit.
